As a delegate, speaker, sponsor or exhibitor you will be able to engage virtually with all other delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors in the event.
You need to follow log in instructions to enter the V-Fairs website; sometimes you will be promoted to enter the site , which RenewableUK is also using to deliver the programme.
A laptop or mobile webcam is required for you to be seen as you engage in virtual networking and meetings. If you don’t want to be seen, then you can keep your camera off.
You will be issued with a unique URL that grants access to the virtual hall and the event.

Visit the Exhibition Hall for an ariel view of exhibitors listed. Click on a particular exhibitor you wish to visit to view their booth. Click back to floorplan to go back to the ariel view of exhibitor booths.
You can directly contact participants on the virtual exhibition hall (the scrolling booths) or by looking at their details on the participants’ list. You make contact by approaching them virtually, and you can make arrangements to meet at your mutual convenience, or enjoy the serendipity of the virtual hall to make new connections.
Yes, you can download content and save it into a ‘digital goodie bag’.
You will have access to the content for 30 days after the start date of the event (not from your first login).
Yes, you have 30 days to log in and attend the webinar sessions. The virtual hall will only be virtually manned during the event times, but content that is downloadable from the exhibition booths will also be available for 30 days from the start date of the event.
A The purpose of the virtual events is to enable networking, new and existing business development, and sharing thought leadership content. The details you share with us (which will likely be your professional details) will be available to all participants for 30 days after the start of the event.
